Marc I. Kunkin

Mr. Kunkin received his bachelor’s degree in Marine Transportation, with a minor in International Business, from State University of New York – Maritime College in 1993.  In 1993 he also obtained a U.S. Coast Guard Unlimited Third Mate’s license.

After obtaining his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1996, he was admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars, as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits.  He is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, Transportation Lawyers Association, Conference of Freight Counsel, Maritime Law Association of the United States, New York Self Storage Association, and New Jersey Self Storage Association where he serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary.
